Smart shorts
I am a size 12-14 and ordered a size L in these shorts. The navy colour is very dark. The fit is very good. I like that the shorts have a zip and button fastening, but are also elasticated, so I was actually able to take them on and off without unfastening them. The shorts length is also good, covering most of the thigh.The fabric is polyester, and it didnât have a very soft feel – itâs not rough/scratchy, but just not as comfortable as it could be. The drape is good though, and they do not show creases. The look of the shorts is more of a tailored look. On me, the shorts are flattering and I am very pleased with them.The cost is £21.99. Youâd probably pay similar on the high street, so the price seems reasonable enough.

Accurate Size Chart, Nice Shorts, Wore for a night out
I ordered these and followed the size chart (had to get a large even though I am only a 10-12) but they fit AMAZINGLY and I got compliments of multiple women which was great while queuing for the loo! They feel a bit cheap however and didn’t have the finish I hoped for, but they are a decent thickness and I wore tights and a leotard underneath them and didn’t have a knicker line visible (yes, a leotard, you read that right!) The colour is quite a dark brown, so its quite workable with multiple other colours, and I liked the length (mid thigh) the waist band was also good as its slightly elastic, but has belt hoops, so with my vintage belt looked really nice – loops at back are in the right position but if you need to tighten the fitting too much, your belt would end up on your back and the waist band lower down (so order using the size chart, not the size you’d prefer to be!) I’d recommend these and would wear them in other colours but I do wonder if they’re a little over priced – however with next day delivery you cannot really go wrong. I’ve reviewed loads of clothes on here now and hardly give 5 stars, so the reason for this is that they fit beautifully, are a good length, looked smart and have pockets. The material could be better, but I hate a VPL and didn’t get one with this – so ultimately they looked more expensive on and I felt GREAT wearing them! Finally something I will wear again off vine. Very high quality, perfectly finished

Comfortable but thin
The sizing is accurate for these shorts (small) and they are extremely comfortable thanks to the relaxed fit and elasticated waist with hoops for a belt if desired.They are 100% polyester which makes them very thin with good breathability, but also reduces the elegance if they are to be worn in a more formal situation as they crease easily.Two large and deep side pockets provide ample storage for phones and other items.Suitable for smart loungewear and available in sizes S to 3XL in 7 different colours.

I’m 5ft 8″ and a size 12 – I ordered medium in WhiteThe shorts are a very flattering fit and the elasticated waistband will be welcome when I’m on holiday and enjoying the local faire cuisine and my waistline expands. They are good quality, well made and had no defects. The material is nice, although a little transparent – although beige underwear will be OK to wear underneath.They can be dressed up and down and as they are lightweight they will be perfect for those warm summer days/evenings.A great addition to my summer wardrobe. I’m very happy with them.

Nice shorts
These shorts for my wife are in a size L for her size 14, and they fit perfectly. They do have an elasticated waistband at the back, with a button and zip closing on the front, the zip is hidden well. The material is 100% polyester, and although it isn’t see through it can be a little scratchy, she’s hoping this will wear off after they have been washed. The colour navy is great for both casual and more dressy wear, with these looking very smart when on. They have a turn up hem on the legs, this is held up at the moment by tacking stitches, but I’m not sure if these should be removed or leave them in, they aren’t massively obvious. With pockets on the sides that are a good depth, she was able to fit her phone in there, however she was a bit worried it would fall out when she sat down. At £19.99 at the time of writing this review, my wife likes the shorts and is looking forward to the warmer weather so she can wear them.
