Better than many pumps from better known brands
I occasionally need to top up car tyres so don’t use a pump frequently. I was initially reluctant to buy an unknown brand so initially opted to spend more for a name I knew so about two years ago I bought a Ring pump. It was fine on first usage, but the third time I used it (a few months later) the automatic pressure regulation failed, it overinflated the tyre and a seal inside the unit blew. It went in the bin.So I replaced it with an (even more expensive) Michelin mains-powered pump. Again, fine on first usage. Second time I used it (again, a couple of months later) it suffered an electrical failure (sparks and a bad smell) and died. Another one in the bin.So I replaced it with a yet more expensive Sealy – this time very basic, with a mechanical gauge and mainly metal construction. Surely this would be more reliable. Again, first use was fine. Second time the fuse blew as soon as it was turned on. Replaced fuse, tried again, fuse blew. In the bin again.In desperation I tried the WindGallop (?!) on the strength of other Amazon reviews. After many uses over several weeks (including several inflate-from-flat due to a slow puncture) I have to say it’s been great. Easy to use, doesn’t get hot, useful built-in light and great value for money. Recommended.

Faulty Unit
I have purchased a few of these which have worked very well with the exception of the last unit, like other who have left reviews recently they appear to have had a dodgy batch which simply do not function!

Easy to use
I’ve already had to use this as have ongoing rim leak! It works well I especially like the lever so simple with minimal air loss unlike my last one which was screw on never again it let out too much air, the lever is much better and quicker machine is about the same noise level but it’s not too noisy inflates quite quickly and comes in a bag it’s a bit fiddley putting cable back inside the machine body so I leave it in the bag good little machine to keep in car

Compact and durable
I bought this for my fella as he travels alot for work, it’s nice size does not take up lots of space, it has good length of lead to reach all around outside of car and I set the tyre gauge for him so he just has to start it and it automatically stops it’s self and the torch on it is brilliant great if you have to use it in dark, it’s great quality you can’t go wrong with this I highly recommend it.

Watch the plug!
Bought one of these a few years ago. Always think long term reviews are valuable. I liked it and bought another one for someone else!Good value, accurate digital display although I haven’t used the lighting functions much.Beware of the plug though. I think this could be designed better as mine fell apart recently when removing it from the socket and shorted the socket blowing a fuse.

Fini de chercher une station où un compresseur n’est pas vandalisé ! Ce petit appareil est génial et me facilite drôlement la vie, surtout quand il faut vérifier le gonflage des pneus chaque mois. Très simple d’utilisation et très efficace. Je le recommande vivemet !!!

Het product houdt zich aan wat het belooft. De compressor maakt een goede algemene indruk en ziet er qua design redelijk goed uit. Het is compact en licht. Toch zijn de prestaties top. De compressor hebben we vooral nodig om onze autobanden op te pompen of om de spanning te controleren.De stroomkabel is met 3 meter lang genoeg om alle banden te bereiken. Na het aansluiten is er de mogelijkheid om de compressor als verlichting te gebruiken of de rood knipperende LED’s te gebruiken om andere weggebruikers in het donker te waarschuwen.Het werkt prima en is heel gemakkelijk te gebruiken. Het digitale display is ook praktisch. Ik raad dit product ten zeerste aan.
