Cette mini poêle est un ancien modèle car actuellement les nouveaux modèles privilégient le manche autour de la hauteur de lâustensile.Ici, il faut pincer (pas trop fort) pour pouvoir replier le manche et on se retrouve souvent avec ce dernier dans la main. Heureusement que lâon peut le remettre facilement.Quant à la cuisson, je nâai pas encore testé.
