Nice rattan set
Assembly was reasonably straightforward if a little awkward in places, easier with two people.Furniture seems pretty sturdy & is comfortable, seats & sofa are a good size.The set arrived in three boxes but each came separately & took 7 days for all three to be delivered which was abit frustrating but communication with the seller re this was helpful.

Very happy with purchase
Had a problem with delivery only 2 out of 3 boxes arrived, but it was felt with quickly and efficiently and the other box soon showed up. The set was easy to put together although my hands were very sore from the Allen key. But all the bolts make it very sturdy and it looks great and is comfortable to sit on.

Ok but not seeing value for money
Overall the product is ok, its comfortable and sturdy enough.Full assembly is required but the guide supplied is near useless, missing washers, also support brackets don’t fit without bolts going I’m at slight angles…or leaving the joint half screwed in????The service received wasn’t great, I was told by amazon the company would be intouvh about the order……nope…just amazon’s expected delivery window and randomly a day between them….Notice would of been handy for the size of the order.Even though the product seems OK I question the quality a bit and concerned how long the product will fair…..I hope I am wrong on this but presently not seeing the merit in its pricing….I would really suggest it should be more 2/3’s the value.

Rattan furniture
The furniture itself is lovely. Putting it together is a other thing. The screw fors for the chairs are too long for the tread, we had to put 7 washers on to make it to fit properly.

Quite tricky to assemble with the Alan Keye I used a small ratchet which made it so much easier. Looks fantastic and very comfortable, there was a part missing from my order but just an email and it was sent out immediately the customer service was top class would highly recommended

Ho cercato per diversi giorni on-line e nei vari rivenditori un set da esterno di buona qualità ad una cifra ragionevole, il risultato era sempre lo stesso: dover scegliere tra un set completamente in plastica oppure spendere cifre più alte (sui 500 euro). Alla fine mi sono deciso a provare questo e ne sono rimasto super colpito! Già all’arrivo l’imballaggio si presentava ordinato e in ottime condizioni, con un oretta di lavoro (senza fretta) si monta il tutto senza nessun problema di istruzioni o componenti! Super positivo anche il parere di ospiti che lo hanno potuto apprezzare in tutta la sua comodità e soprattutto la parte estetica! Soddisfatto a pieno!

Queda muy bien esteticamente y se ve robusto. El sillón es un dos plazas justo, pero cóomodo. Debajo de los sillones están los reposapies yo he echado de menos que puedan utilizarse como almacenamiento. Eso y que el cristal de la mesa es negro, son las dos únicas cosas que mejorarÃa, por el resto, una buena elección.
