Lifesaver!
Arrived ahead of time, right at the start of the heatwave. Made it possible to continue working in my home office. Without it, I would really struggle to string two thoughts together. Reasonably quiet and uses coolant that will not further damage the environment. Two minor beefs â a little dribble of water out of the back in these early days, so probably best put on a tray, and the window kit for the extractor hose will only work with sliding windows. If your window is hinged, you will not be able to seal it off with the kit supplied, so it will not work at full efficiency. Still a lifesaver. Recommended.

Versatile and powerful. Exhaust hose needs to be longer.
Used for conservatory cooling. I had hoped to to put the exhaust hose through a roof vent and had seen a product question which indicated 3m lengh but it is 2m and with bends it needs to be close to a window. My windows are top hung and .and not in a suitable place. I ended up putting it through a part open patio door which is not convenient. It does work well and it is not noisy. I haven’t tried it or heating or dehumidifying. I chose it for being powerful for cooling.

Quality, quite, powerful
Well to say surprised is an understatement it turned up three days early. I have had 4 portable air conditioners. 1 broke after 2 years 1used downstairs and a 9000btu as back up. Got this one and wow it is a quality product and it’s so quite., foa a 1200btu it’s also one of the coldest. For the money don’t look anywhere else. Well as direct appliances and other outlets have just hacked the prices right up due to the heatwave. Very cool happy customer.

AVOID. Compressors stays on most of the time and it leaks water
After having a cheaper air conditioning unit for a year I thought Iâd treat myself to a more powerful and better quality one, giving the children the other to go in their bedroom. When the item first arrive I was surprised how big and very heavy it was. Used for two night which kept waking me up through the night due to the compressor being on most of the time and very very noisy. I then realised that although both bungs were in it was leaking water over my carpet which was like paddling. When I contacted customer service they took along time to come back to me (not sure if different time zone) although product was returned to UK address. I was then offered a £20 refund to get the item fixed myself. After paying £320 for the item I was absolutely shocked what was offered and contacted Amazon to return the faulty item. However once returned a refund was issued promptly.

Unexpected size and heavy , the heater and colder mode is really helpful for hot and cold ( depends your room size )
