Best purchase! Some minor issues but easily resolved
Very powerful and easy to move around the room! The noise isnât too bad for the size of the unit. Unfortunately the window kit is for sliding windows and does not fit our window type. If anyone has the same issue, we have measured up the frame, we will attach some ply to the window and just cut a hole to where the pipe will go through and then drill the ply over where the window will be open

I only have one problem with this.They offer a $25 Rebate.But only if you live in the United States I am a Canadian citizen.I believe we have the right to that twenty five dollar rebate too don’t you.

I am very very happy about my purchase . Thanks for all the positive reviews that helped me chose this brand . This AC works amazingly . I have a very big condo and I purchased a 14000 BTU , and it cools down the whole place perfectly . I love it

Lo que mas me gusto es su versatilidad para moverlo de un lugar a otro, facilidad para instalarlo y la capacidad de enfriamiento, ventilación y calefacción, que aun que no lo he probado aun, creo que tambien sera satisfactorio. Lo que mens me agrado es que si hace un poco mas de ruido que un ventilador y si eres alguien que acostumbra dormir sin ruido, puede ser un inconveniente. Por lo demás muy bien.

Es bueno en general y cubrió mis expectativas. Espero que el consumo de luz no sea tan significativo pero aún no lo sé. Si esperan algo que sea silencioso no es para ustedes. Yo ahora uso tapones en los oÃdos y puedo dormir bien.

 La instalación fue muy fácil de hacer. Si refresca toda la casa de 1 solo piso. Es un poco ruidoso pero lo demás del A/C es de buena calidad. No requiere enchufe ni cable especial, no jala brutalmente la energÃa al encender, no hay sobrecalentamiento como en otros aparatos. Lo recomiendo totalmente.
