Does what it says in the box
I agree with all the other reviews that the manual is very poor indeed and is almost no help at all.However, we have three of these – tall thin house – and find them very effective both for heating and for cooling. Don’t forget to drain the water tank for the winter or you will get mould. I put a bit of BAC-50 (available on Amazon) in the tank to stop algal growth.Apart from a useless manual, I’m generally not keen on remote controls for things like this and regard it as useless, too.

Good machine
Worth the money the draw does not come out because it has a pump fitted for the water pity some people dont look first before they condem it. Works well does what it is meant too. Had this now for two years works as it should I read these other reviews and it seems to me people don’t read the instructions dont check it before they use . In the bottom of the water tank is a small drain plug which you need to check is in properly. If you don’t and it isn’t then you will flood your room .

Bought this item because I have troublem sleeping when it’s hot. Filled the unit with ice cold water and cold packs and set it in my bedroom it was cool for 15 mins or so then the room got really hot and humid. And every time it rotated there was a clicking noise which can get on your nerves. Had to turn off after 4 hrs cause the room was so uncomfortable.Upon returning the Product after 4 hrs of uselessness I was hit with not a full refund. Owner replied there was nothing wrong with unit and had to pay a restocking fee.So I had to pay to return it and loose out money on the refund.Buyers beware!!!!

Depends on air temperature.
Tried first in Conservatory which was 40 c. (Spain). Hot air in hot air out BUT ! when moved into the dinning area, (around 30 c.), it came into it’s own. Powerful fan even on low and it’s noisy because of it but, we didn’t buy it for the Bedroom so that’s fine. We’re pleased with it. Now it’s wait until winter to see how the heater works (another reason for us to have bought it. in the first place. ) I think it’s going to be great. Air conditioning everywhere else, just need it in the Con’s. ‘Swing’ is not too wide so no cool air being wasted

Perfect for those with limited space.
I really enjoy this product. The wheels are difficult to attach, but I don’t really want them anyway. I like to keep it on a small table. Quite satisfied.
