240v 12v car tyre inflator
The machine worked first time care taken not to exceed 5minutes use as instructed. The inflation rate is fast at 300 Litres per minute (LPI)and far exceeded a 12v mains chargeable unit same price that I returned. Machine stops when preset pressure is reached. Most useful for cars not in constant use and parked at home in front drive. Recommended.

Defective out of the box.
This item arrived with Prime next day delivery, and as soon as I opened the package I could see signs of the box been previously opened and the contents handled and used. All aside, I connected the pump to my cars lighter socket. The LED panel illuminated, I set the pressure to 30psi, connected the inflation line to the tyre valve (the tyre was at 22psi) and switched the pump to inflate. It ran for about a second then stopped. I tried everything, adjusted the pressure setting, including using mains power to get it to run, but to no avail, it would just run for a moment then stop, so, its going back. Also, the mains lead and plug just dangle under the unit with no stowage point and the pictures shown belie the fact that the item is actually very plasticky and not at all robust. Sorry, its a thumbs down from me.

This is a great pressure pump, but the 12v connector is an old fashioned cigar lighter plug which doesn’t fit a modern car!!
