Pro Breeze 4-in-1 Portable Air Conditioning Unit 12,000 BTU Air Conditioner
This air cooling conditioner does three things it will cool down your room and also heat your room and all so Demystifying your room The quality of this appliance is very good very well built The weight is quite heavy but Very compact The noise is slightly loud but after a while you get used to the noise but you can turn down the fan to make it that much quieter The hose length I think is long enough easy to fit through a window in around about 30 minutes I would say this appliance is very good value for money for what it does it will cool down your room in minutes it’s very surprising how powerful this machine is I am very happy indeed I would buy again for sure

  2. A person that wasted their money

Does it’s job well, but makes a tonne of noise in the process.
This thing is cool. Literally. Cools down my room effortlessly and is energy efficient. Problem though, it’s super loud. Generally pretty loud (around the sound level of a max speed pedestal fan on the low setting, but also louder on the high setting). As well as this occasionally this thing makes a racket for seemingly no reason for no longer than 10 seconds. If you don’t mind the white noise it’s perfect for you… but if you do not like the noise you’ll struggle with this product big time.4 stars as the product is very good at its intended purposes, losing one star because the noise is loud, eeven for me (soomeone that likes white noise to sleep)

    Does the Job
As a woman of a certain age I get a bit overheated on the odd hot day we have in this country. I bought this when the price was reduced and it arrived on the first day of our 4 day summer. Perfect for instant cooling. In the bedroom it took less than 10 mins to drop the temp 6 degrees. Had it in the top landing too one day as I work upstairs and it kept at a steady 20 degrees no problem. Very loud on full fan but it didn’t really bother me. Worth thinking about tho. Does have a sleep mode which is quieter but we didn’t need it overnight. I did buy a longer hose from eBay to give us more flexibility and I stick that out the window with the curtain closed round it. Not used the window fixer yet as we move it around which is really easy on its wheels. Quite heavy so takes both of us to take it up and down stairs if we ever need to. Has a remote which is great but I love that it connects to an app on my phone as I am a techy geek.

    Fantastic addition to the bedroom
So happy I bought this. The difference in temperature in the bedroom was amazing on those horrible hot & humid nights. It is small & easy to move about.. I put it on about an hour before bedtime & the room was lovely and cool. Highly recommended. .

    Stay frosty
First the negatives: it’s quite big, it’s heavy and it’s quite noisy, even on low setting. On the plus side though, it does what it’s meant to.There are 3 functions – cool, fan and dry. Cool is your air conditioning where the refrigerant kicks in, this is your loudest option, but it gets a decent size room cool nice and quickly. Fan mode is similar, but doesn’t provide a much cooling because it only runs the fan. Dry mode acts as a dehumidifier, drawing moisture from the air, which for me makes this unit useful all year round, not just when it’s boiling outside. You do need to use the hose provided, so that may limit you to keeping it relatively close to the window (unless you want to get a load of extensions). The actual pipe is quite rigid, although this works well to bend and hold it’s position. There are two window kits in the packaging, one for sliding windows (works with horizontal or vertical), and the other for hinge opening windows, like I have. The only problem with the kit for hinge opening is an aesthetic one, you have to attach it by adding velcro strips to the window frame and the window surrounds, which doesn’t look great, particularly when you remove the kit and aren’t using the unit, but it is what it is.The unit is on wheels, so it’s easy enough to move around (not so easy on carpet though). There’s a remote control, which is probably what you’ll use to control the unit most, but setting up the app was relatively straightforward, although the name of the app on the Google play store has been changed since the instructions were printed. Once I set up the app I was able to connect the unit to WiFi (note that it needs to be on a 2.4ghz network), and from there it was easy to link the app to Alexa, and control it via my Echo. All in all I’m very impressed for the price (bought while on offer).

    specs not as stated
I was initially quite impressed with this unit – looks good, has good wifi support (plus the tuya ecosytem also works with homebridge / home assistant), supplied remote is decent. Also comes with two types of hose mount – window and door.Unfortunately that’s where the positive points end however…The deal breaking issue was that It’s most certainly not the power it states on the listing (12000 BTU unit). If you’re expecting cooling power for anything remotely approaching that room size (roughly 28m2) then you’ll be disappointed. The first evening I used it to cool a small bedroom (4 x 2.5m). It did a slow but adequate job of cooling the room down from 23c to 19c, although it was too loud to keep running overnight. The second evening though I tried it on a larger room (6 x 4m – so still well under the stated room size) and it was just hopeless. The first hour it was running the room temperature actually increased by a degree! After a further 4 (!) hours the temp had dropped by 2.5c, and I suspect that was mostly because the sun had gone in. I ended up after 6 hours with the room still at around 25c.Summary – utterly hopeless for a larger room. I honestly got a better result from a regular pedestal fan – but if you buy it in the knowledge that it’s only able to cool small rooms then you may not be disappointed.
