    Happy that I bought it
It’s small, looks neat, it’s not as heavy as I thought it would be. Easy to move around with the wheels and to install and put it together.I wish the power cable would be much longer, is just about enough, You need to have socket next to the window or use extension. Hose itself is extendable, but also could be tiny bit longer. It isn’t quiet, you will definitely notice it working but it’s not overwhelming. You can get used to it during the day. Most people won’t be able to use it during the night tho. Cool the bedroom before you go to sleep is the way to go. It’s too loud the sleep with it on. It’s also the same loudness if you not using AC but e.g. just a fan, which I don’t quite understand.Performance wise is very good or alright, depending where you gonna use it. I have kitchen with living room together (29sqm) with 2,3m height and it cools it but with a lot of effort. On mildly hot day (24C outside) it took 2 hours to go from 26 to 23 ( AC set to 16).But also it may be to me having casement windows with just had some fabric for hose insulation, which is as effective as the bar for sliding windows. Plus I can fully close my blinds while the windows are open which fights with effectiveness of the unit.In the bedroom tho (18sqm) does the job very very well. Was 23C outside, 25.5C inside and it made bedroom 18C in just over an hour. And it just had the hose outside the window, no seal (the fabric one is such a pain to install on casement widows opening inwards). So yea, if you room is is over 25sqm it may take some time to lower the temperature. Under that and with easy heat extraction it will work brilliantly. But very happy with the product. And it costs just over £200! Just fab, fab, fab!

    Effective though not without caveats
So the recent heat convinced me to finally pull the trigger on getting a portable ac. If I lived in a house and not a flat I think I’d have just drove myself mad installing a proper wall one with an external compressor but this is the best I can do in my flat.I did my research around these before buying and they’re a bit odd really cause none of them have super great reviews, always very mixed. The issue that is most common with these (that I’m not sure how could be avoided because there are so many loud parts to an ac and you’ve got it all in your room) is noise. This is loud, there’s no two ways about it. For me I can sleep fine with it and actually quite like the white noise but I could sleep through a bomb going off. Most people will struggle with it, it’s a dull droning with occasional assorted louder sounds. When you have the temp control on and it switches the ac part on and off it’s sometimes fairly quiet, sometimes sounds like a car door closing. Personally none of this bothers me and seems ubiquitous to these units, something to be aware of though. As for the cooling it’s not as good as I hoped, getting down to 16 degrees is a hope and a dream I feel but it’s still quite good. Went from 28 to 21 degrees in a couple of hours, then 20 steadily. Haven’t tried to go lower than that cause it feels colder than that with the circulating cold air. From how the temp drop slows though I’m sceptical of getting to 16 if it was running all day. Temp drops fairly steady, but once the ac part turns on (warms up for a min) the air is ice cold and even if the ambient temp hasn’t dropped loads yet that circulating cold air makes it feel much colder than it is. This is using it in a medium sized bedroom with the door closed.Included window seal for hinged windows is ugly but they have a YouTube vid for putting it on that’s helpful. Not hard to do and seals decently. I found a site online to get a Perspex window sheet with a cutout so might do that down the road.Overall I’m pretty happy with it. It’s loud, expensive and it doesn’t cool quite as well as I’d hoped, certainly not as well as a proper wall mounted system but it’s still quite good. It made the suffocating heat in my flat (atleast my bedroom where I have it) a comfortable cool, walking out of my room and back in with it on you can feel the huge difference even when the thermometer says it’s only lowered a few degrees.Definitely need to know what you’re getting into if you buy it but I like it. Haven’t used the app but the remote works well.

    Looks good quality.
We haven’t had a chance to use it properly yet as summer seems to be coming late this year. But from the demonstration I did, everything is good. We have the 12000 model and cooled our home down in minutes. I’m looking forward to testing when the hot weather comes. My wife is happy with the dehumidifier part of this product. We did have to buy another hose as we needed a longer extension. If possible try to buy the same hose as supplied as I bought a plastic one at first with metal wire inside and it split as I tried to connect via a coupler. So I bought another of the same one supplied and is perfect. At the moment we like what we see and looking forward to using.

    Outstanding item
I’ve owned this now for not even two hours and it has made my living room livable again.Hinge window installation was easy with good instructions. Able to close the window with the fabric attached after removing the heat exhaust. Not even half an hour for full setup after reading instructions. It’s quite heavy and is producing a lot of water so make sure to have a decent sized bucket available for the water runoff pipe.A little noisy but no more so than a decent standing fan on full blast.Cooling started immediately and the room is much nicer to be in. 5m×7mPlan to use it to dehumidify in the winter when doing laundry so should be usable year round. Will post an update later in the summer after temps above 30C again if all is going well.If it works well, I’ll buy a second one!

Product works great in our garage. Cools off fast and is easy to use with the timer and remote. Assembly was super easy and overall great quality for the price.

I bought this because my bedroom is warm and I cannot sleep in a hot room. I needed to cool it off at night only and I did not want a window unit. It was fairly east to get it set up to run. One problem I had was the sliding piece that sits in the window was way too long so I had to get creative to get to use it. Love the remote. noise: it’s loud but I do not mind it as I use fan to sleep. It gets really cold! (Which is good). I have had it a few months with no issue. Make sure you have a large bucket or something for the draining hose. Overall I would recommend. It was a good purchase!

Tired of super high prices for electricity these days and I live in South Louisiana where costs are pretty cheap. I wanted a stand alone AC unit for my bedroom so I don’t have run the central AC for just me at night. Researched a bunch of these units and though I was skeptical of the price of this one, I took a chance. Here is my review:The GOOD: Very much like the standalone component of this AC unit. I wanted something portable that I could move around the house if the power goes out. This unit has WiFi and Alexa integration. About the only thing I have found useful about that is being able to turn it on and off with the Alexa. Outside of that, have not found any use for that integration. The unit cools very well for my bedroom which is a few hundred sq/ft. and the ambient noise is about the same as being in a hotel room and running the AC in always on mode. For me, not a problem. Additionally, I haven’t really had to drain the internal condensate bucket and I run it every night. My room does not usually get more than 50% humidity so it does not produce a bunch of condensate. Even in the RV, didn’t drain more than about couple of mL of water. The customer service was very good for the product too, when I needed it for the issue mentioned below. The NOT AS GOOD (but not terrible)1. Though the unit cools well for my bedroom, when I used it in a 31ft RV, along with the onboard AC in the RV, between the two of them they could only get the temp down to about 75* on a 95* day. At night it worked splendidly.2. The Alexa integration appears to be very limited. Other than turning on and off, I have not found any other useful features. Maybe I need to research further.3. After about 2 weeks of running all night every night, a new phenomenon cropped up. Once the unit gets the room down to set temperature, the compressor would cycle off as you would expect. The fan would stay running and then compressor would cycle back on as needed. Well after 2 weeks, I was awoken in the middle of the night by the silence, that you would expect when the power goes out. The unit went completely silent like it was turned off, but it was still on. Adjusting temperature kicked the unit back on and then randomly it would go silent again. After dealing with customer support for about a week and a half, it was determined that the unit is functioning as intended. The unit will turn the fans off if the room temp stays at the set level long enough. This may be ok for some but I like the ambient noise of the fans running. The issue is, you cannot set it to have a persistent fan unless you put it in “Fan Only” mode. I hope this is a feature that the manufacturer ends up programming into the unit. The ability to have persistent fan in AC mode.4. The expandable exhaust hose is versatile for moving the unit around but it does not contain the heat of the exhaust very well. The exhaust hose gets pretty warm and that ends up adding some heat around the unit. Its not a tremendous amount but I would expect an AC unit to contain the heat from the condenser a little better.Overall I am very happy with the unit for what I needed it for and the price. I would have thought a 10,000BTU unit would cool a little more efficiently but its fine. Also, I REALLY hope they put a persistent fan setting in the AC mode to keep the ambient noise and circulation of air going all night.

As a support cooling unit upstairs . It can get cold quickly. Love this one.

Using this in a smaller bedroom, the effectiveness is almost immediate in temperature control. It is compact enough to be out of the way and powerful enough to cool or dehumidify the room in minutes. It’s no louder than an average fan and being able to control it by phone is great when I can start it before arriving home.
