I did buy this from B&Q as it was a tenner cheaper so why not. However, exactly the same product which works as intended! It cools very well and is fantastic during these summer months as my room temperature gets upwards of 30c otherwise. This unit brought my relatively large bedroom down from 28c to 22c within an hour or so and happily maintained it there. Once Iâve got the correct window seal in place Iâm sure it would drop further.I will say the unit is very noisy but this is not uncommon for these portable a/câs, you wonât want to sleep with it on unless youâve got some ear plugs to hand!Very simple to use and no need to mess about with drainage hoses if youâre just using it for cooling or fan modes which is also a plus.The app also works very well if youâre into that but a remote control is also included (no batteries included however)Good product ð

Happy now after chasing refund very poor return system amazon need to sort out as item faulty
I have tried 3 times to send back via Evri but they did not turn up so was told by your team to send backThe refund has happened but very poor communication and no customer service taking on the hole problem to resolve the issues they are good normally just may be 1 bad issue so a bit happier now

NIce size and works quite well
This aircon unit arrives well packed and is quite a weight considering it’s relatively compact size as it’s a fair bit smaller than the last one I had that it’s replacing. It comes with the usual length of hose and window attachment and as before the pipe tends to be too short to reach a window properly and the attachment doesn’t really fit most window types. That being said it’s easy to attach and extension pipe if you purchase one with the same diameter and so long as you can close your window leaving just a small gap it should still work well enough for the few weeks of high temperatures we get each year.Whilst I have tested it I probably won’t see great results until we do get some blistering hot weather again, however for the amount I’ve used it I’ve been quite impressed as it’s not as noisy as the previous unit I had and does cool a room quite effectively and relatively quickly. The dehumidifier option doesn’t seem to work that well but maybe that’s down to how I’m using it and again it’s really the wrong time of the year to be testing one of these units.In summary from what I’ve seen and used of it I’d recommend getting one of these ready for the summer as it’s surprising what a difference they can make, especially if you have any elderly or pets in the household.

 Sorry, this did not get my room cool. Kepy the air conditioner for about 1 hr. The air from the machine is 22°C while it states 16°C on air conditioner.

Works very well
Portable Air Conditioner, 4-In-1 Air Conditioning Unit 7000 BTU, Dehumidifier, Cooling Fan with 2 Fan Speeds,Digital Display, Remote Control, 24 Hour Timer & Window Venting Kit for Rooms Up to 20sqm the air con works really well it does blow cold , makes some noise but that is from the blower, it was easy to put it to work , id does come with the attachment to put it to the window some windows may need to modify or may need someone professional to do the job, its quite heavy but is on the wheels so can move easily on the same floor .
