Edit: This now comes with an additional brush for an even easier application. I purchased another mask and I have just tried out this new brush. It really helps you create a thin layer of the product on your face, but I build it up a bit more as I want a fuller coverage mask (plus, the expiry date is supposedly 3 months from opening, but it’ll last longer than that).———————————–First off, I love the packaging this clay mask comes in – very on brand. The Superfood Skin Mask is 100% vegan and cruelty free, which was a huge selling point for me as I’m vegetarian.What’s in the box:The mask comes with a spatula which is really easy to use and ensures a smooth application. I’m a huge fan of the spatula because it’s a hygienic way to apply the mask instead of using your fingers (which is what I’m used to). A plastic top that sits on top of the product which has a bit of plastic you can pull to easily remove and place back. It also has a little booklet that tells you what the product is, how to use it, all the good stuff that’s in the formula and what it does to help your skin.The product is made of green tea (anti-aging), sea silt (regenerating), avocado (nourishes), spirulina (detoxifies), spinach (skin cell growth), calendula (fast healing), aloe vera (soothing), kale (antioxidant) and oat kernal (anti-inflamatory).It’s free from sulphates, mineral oil, phthalates, dimethazone, propylene glycol and paraffin. The smell is standard for a mask, the only way I can describe it is a load of greens mixed into a clay.I cleanse first, apply the mask with the spatula and leave it for 15 minutes. Then I usually use a flannel to rinse it off in the shower – as soon as water makes contact with the clay, it melts away really easily. I follow up with a serum and moisturiser as advised.Bearing in mind I had spots around my chin that wouldn’t seem to budge for weeks, the next day whiteheads had been drawn to the surface. I have an oily T-zone and some dry patches here and there. It does also state that it is suitable for other skin areas other than the face.Highly recommend anyone to try this, it’s worth the money and a little goes a long way so it should last a while!

Unpleasant aftertaste…
Got a mask today. Thanks, the mask is great. Unfortunately, the kit does not include a brush, but a silicone spatula with a curved handle. And this little thing ruined the whole shopping experience and left an unpleasant aftertaste.

Just as face mask should be. No chalky build up!
This is my second purchase of this item and I really like the smoothe feel when using it. It’s not gritty and although the washbasin make be a little green after washing it off, it can be cleaned easily, there’s no staining.I took a risk the first time upon purchasing it and I read the reviews as well and can honestly say I’m not disappointed in the product. I get a nice fresh feeling after using it and my face is smoothe and fresh afterwards, no dry itchy feel to deal with.When I first bought it, it came with a little application brush which wasn’t pleasant to wash after use, because the product would build up in the brush bristles and it wasn’t easy to wash without losing a few bristles in the sink. But now it comes with a wipe clean/easy to wash spatula. No more messing about with brushes and loose bristlesThe only downside is the metal bracket that holds the spatula can sometimes losen after awhile and the spatula will separate from the handle, so just have to handle with kid gloves really. But I cannot fault this item and will definitely buy it again.

Itâs been about a month now of using the face mask with the little spatula and itâs great. My skin is having less breakouts and doesnât feel dry or excessive oily. Finally a balance for my combination skin.I almost didnât purchase this mask as I had read in the comments such disappointment in the change from a brush to the spatula. So glad I dismissed the negativity. I love the spatula!I have used a brush with other face masks for over a decade and from the first use of the spatula I was a convert. With the spatula Iâm not washing away any face mask that gets stuck in the bristles. Nothing wasted and I can precisely evenly distribute the mask. Then as Iâm finishing I swipe the spatula on my neck and clean it off while using any bits of remaining mask.How wonderful is that?!?Pictured is my spatula after todayâs application and just before washing it up. Hard to see any product but the green line on the seam is it! Makes clean up a snap and Iâm able to use all of the mask.As Iâm getting older Iâd appreciate a longer handleâbut thatâs my problem. The little spatula is cute and easily fits on top of the jar with my headband acting as the rubber band so Iâm all set for next time.

Wenn Ware verfügbar, aber trotzdem nicht geliefert wird.Ich musste das jetzt loswerden. Jetzt gibt es gar kein Sparabo mehr, dafür den wesentlich teureren Preis.Ich hätte gerne, dass mir der Lieferant eine Lösung anbietet, dass wäre schön. Vielleicht ist ihm das gar nicht bewusst und ich war der einzige Abokunde. Mal sehen, was passiert.Ergänzung: Bis heute 12.06.2024 hat sich der Lieferant nicht bei mir gemeldet. Schade.

Soy bastante perezosa con las cremas, mascarillas, etc, pero usándola una vez a la semana o cada quince dÃas, me deja la piel bastante bien. Es muy fácil de aplicar, tiene un olor neutro y natural, se retira bien con una toalla templada y deja la piel con una sensación muy agradable, limpia, suave, tersa. Creo que es una buena opción.
