This is a terrific product. I love the matte finish and the hydrated and smooth feel it gives to my face.

  4. Amazon Customer

Love this for a bit of coverage and SPF. gives a nice dewy glow, moisturizes and protects. I have bought this for a few years now and turned friends onto it as well!

  5. Gaby Aparicio

This sunscreen is just amazing!!!!! It’s not sticky, does not leave your skin shiny like other and does not break out! I also like the scent, smells like moisturizer!

For years I and many others have been pleased with Roth’s Max Anti-Shine Mattifying Gel. Despite a loyal following they have discontinued it and produced this new product which is inferior because:1. Shine reduction less effective2. Liquid not gel so messier to apply3. Larger tube, so less convenient for travel4. Contains SPF which I do not need since I wear a hat in the sun. Many others have posted similar reviews on the web. Unless the foliks at Roth are seeking to reduce their sales, I can’t see why they made this change. I would give the old product 5-stars and would gladly order it if they made it again!
