Worth the money
The 3 different settings of fan speed are awesome, having it on the lowest setting is plenty enough until them scorching hot days come. Really impressed with the design and how easy it is to use. The fan settings alone are cool enough, yet to try it on a hot s day, but I reckon closing your windows, getting the ice pack in as well,it will feel like winter in the room. Deffo recommend this product, even for office use this would be amazing.

We just ensambled it, easy to put up and running. It’s quiet and has a strong fan. It looks that it cools the small room where I put it. We have to wait to try it on a real hot weather.

Worth the money!
For a while Iâve been looking for a relatively cheap air con unit but couldnât justify the costs. So when my tower fan stopped working I came across this amazing find as a replacement. To manage expectations, itâs not an air con unit but it certainly cools air, much better than any regular fan. So far weâve just used the air cooler (without using ice blocks provided) and itâs really powerful – not any louder than a usual fan and has definitely made a difference. Iâm confident that it will come into its own during heat waves! It only comes with two ice blocks and they donât slot in anywhere so there could be improvement made in design/how many blocks are included. Iâve ordered a few spare blocks so I can rotate them if need be. Itâs a little bigger than I imagined but well built and quite stylish so doesnât look out of place. Iâm pleased with my purchase and would recommend this product if on a budget and want an upgrade from your regular tower fan model.

works pretty well but manage your expectations
There are more CONs than PROs but I would still recommend this.PROs1. it fairly quite for its size2. It quite powerful3. the water container is a good size and its full removable4. Assembly and cleaner are very easy5. Feels very solid and sturdy, good quality, not cheap feeling.CONs1. Filling the container can be a bit fiddly as you have to put the ice blocks in afterward.2. The ice blocks dont seem to really fit anywhere, you have to just bung them in, they seem like an afterthought on the design, they also float, they should have slotted in somewhere. I ended up buying a load of smaller one to bung in there too.3. There should have been at least 4 blocks provided so you could use 2 and freeze 2, ideally 6 would have been better.4. The remote is line of site, you really have to be pointing at it and range is rubbish.5. You cant see what the settings are set too unless you are stood right next to and above it, the lights should have been on the front6. At this cost it should have had Alexa control7. It doesnt turn on with power, this is a bit of a pain as you cant schedule a turn on with an Alexa plug, it just powers on but doesnt start until you press the on button.9. £80 feels like a more reasonable price for this as its bare bones really but with brexit and inflation thats probably what it sold for 5 years ago.CONCLUSIONI like, I can recommend it but please remember its not aircon, its better than a straight fan but you need to manage you expectations, its no like sitting in your car with AIRCON on full blast, its a nice cooling breeze.

Was great, for the 5 days that it worked.
It just died after 5 days. I changed the fuse, did all the obvious things – just completely dead. I asked the seller for help and they suggested sending me another broken fan and I could somehow (this wasn’t clear) cobble the two together to somehow (this wasn’t clear) make a whole working one! Unbelievable. What I liked about it when it was working: it’s simple, it lowers the temp by about 1C if you use the ice blocks and humidifier, it’s not overly noisy and it kicks out a lot of breeze. Sadly, it – as I may have mentioned – died.

It does what it’s designed to do
 During the summer of 2021, I found the weather in the UK uncomfortably hot, and in 2022 it was particularly punishing. With rumours of temperatures in summer 2023 reaching 40C+, I feel that I will need more than a traditional fan for a possible heatwave! After much searching, I decided to buy the Pelonis Air Cooler which comes with a 2-year Warranty.This 33-inch Air Cooler is both sturdy and well designed. The control panel at the top of the unit provides easy access buttons for the on/off Power, Oscillation, Speed Settings, Modes, Timer, and Humidifier. I like the fact that when a button is pushed, a light comes on indicating my choice. I noticed that the Cooler is advertised as having a â7-Hour Timerâ. On the control panel, the timer function has three separate choices â â1hâ, â2hâ, and â4hâ. Other than these numbers adding up to seven, the maximum continuous use is four hours.Compared to other fans that I have owned, this Air Cooler is quieter and the airflow is very effective and comfortable. At the time of writing this review, I am unable to comment on the accomplishment of this unit during extreme temperatures (heatwave), but from what I have already experienced, I am confident that this machine is up for the challenge!As I will only be using the Pelonis Air Cooler during the summer period, it is definitely more cost-effective than buying an Air Conditioner which can cost hundreds of pounds! For anyone looking for a multi-functional, well designed Air Cooler, I would certainly recommend this one.
