Excellent machine for a great price
The performance of this machine is far and away the best fan/humidifier I have ever owned, the 70w+ fan is fantastic and even on the lowest speed provides a very cool stream of air that goes far further than I expected, on the highest speed it is just incredible. I have not had to use the cooling/humidifying function yet but if it is anything like the cold air function it will be great, and the provided ice blocks having freeze gel in them makes the freezing process so much faster, the remote control for all but one function is perfect. The only downside that I have found is the vertical adjustment has to be done manually, but that is a small inconvenience if, like me, you are almost or completely bedridden and to be honest once they are adjusted to suit your needs it should not be necessary to adjust them again.I have to admit that when I first saw the height of the unit I was concerned that the cooling air flow would be below my bed level and I would not have got any benefits from it, I need not have worried as it doesnât matter as long as you adjust the vertical louvers to direct the air upwards slightly and the swing motion of the horizontal Louvre is done by remote.Overall this is a 10/10 for me, and I got it at a bargain price.

It is quite noisy and this takes some getting used to. I love the price and the cool air that it provides on those v humid sticky days

Runs well
Have one of these already and brought a second one, works well and needed in the heat. My first one, same as anything you need to look after and clean the filter and in the tank, and still runs good. I add the cold water and ice and it is lovely and cool

Stopped working after third use
The fan had only been used twice to show people how it worked so it had hardly been used and was not moves around, third time of turning it on it wasn’t working, fan not working. So not good value for money £45.00 wasted

Broken
Item was broken on arrival but no damage to box. I was able to fix it myself as did not fancy having to go to a shop to return it as no collection option. Is not very cold when on cooler setting with water and ice backs in doesn’t really make a difference

Donât forget this isnât an air conditioning unit. Itâs a fan that cools the air itâs blowing a little so is better than an ordinary fan. I like it it takes the edge off a hot room. The seller is good but they used Hermes for delivery not a wise move as they are unreliable and give false information too often. I received bad service from them and got refund from Amazon and ordered again from neo and Hermes tried to deliver two of the units one was the missing unit. Just the usual rubbish service.

This item is very noisy (louder than a tower fan) and it also leaks from the bottom under the water tank
