Delighted – but the instructions are wrong!
I chose this product because I wanted garden chairs that didn’t need cushions that have to be stored somewhere. Arrived earlier than predicted, looks great, is very comfortable and such a good price. But – the instructions are wrong! When you attach the rear legs to the chairs, part A is the right back leg, as you sit on the chair, NOT as you look at the chair. So the first diagram in the assembly instructions is wrong. The picture on the previous page which shows the various parts is right – but is shown from a different angle and I didn’t spot the difference, so wasted half an hour before I realised that I was right and the instructions were wrong. I contacted the suppliers to inform them. They replied within 24 hours with apologies and will correct the instructions. As it says on the instructions, much easier to build with two people – you should only put the screws is loosely till it’s all assembled so it’s not stable so tricky to do on your own.

Hi, just built the furniture yesterday had been waiting to get our deck finished. Easy assembly instructions looks amazing and really comfortable, we would highly recommend this set .

Poor quality and very poor customer service
Arrived on time, easy to assemble, however the product is not fit for purpose. Less than 2 months old the 2 seater chair broke at the hinges where it is poorly soldered. The chairs and table now have started to rust so are definitely not fit for outside! Contacted company several times and after initial acknowledgement, I sent photos as requested and followed up twice since but still no reply or solution. I would avoid buying from here, I wasted £120.00 on them.

Small, but Functional
This set of furniture is best used for a small balcony or patio. It’s not the largest set I’ve seen. I was very disappointed about delivery, but the firm used is Yodel so I was then not surprised that it was delayed. I ordered express delivery and it took a week. I have never had good delivery experiences with Yodel. They left the parcel on my doorstep, they seemed to think this was a “safe place”The set itself needs assembling, bit fiddly, but one person can do it.On the whole it’s a good set of garden furniture, but as said perhaps smaller than expected. Table is quite low, more of a coffee table.In the end you get what you pay for and this set is cheap compared to what is on the market.Ps on assembling there was a bolt missing and there were not enough washers. I have contacted seller who have asked me to purchase and claim back money. Ok, they have tried to help, but I’m not really happy about now having to go out and source the missing items.pps the seller sent me another set of screws and bolts.

It was extremely heavy boxed but, well worth it. It takes two to put together, my friend and her son took only 30 minutes to assemble everything. I bought the set so that the friend I mentioned could sit outside after her stroke

Il completo arrivato in un unico cartone gigante, abbastanza pesante ma un maschio si ci riesce a spostare da solo. Tutti i pezzi sono divisi con le letterine attaccate, seguendo il foglio di istruzione per il montaggio, poco più di un’ora sono riuscito a finire il lavoro, con la prima poltrona si perde un po’ più di tempo, poi il resto è stato velocissimo. Le due poltrone singole sono impilabili. Le strutture sono stabili con la verniciatura uniforme, le tele resistenti e traspiranti, sono comodissimi quando al seduto. Il modello semplice ma molto carino da mettere sul terrazzo, infatti quando ad ospitare gli amici poi hanno fatto tanti complimenti. Direi è stato un ottimo acquisto a parte con quello che avevo pagato era anche regalato.

Leider musste ich reklamieren. Es rostet sofort und der Stoff ist auch nicht formstabil. Mir wurde eine kleine Gutschrift gegeben sonst hätte ich alles wieder abschrauben und neu verpacken müssen, das ist diese Gruppe nicht Wert. Nunmuss ich Auflagen kaufen damit man sich mit dem Rost nicht die Kleider versaut.Zum Glück gibt es den guten Kundenservice von Amazon
