Was Great For Hospital Bag. 5 Star!
This product is amazing, I am so glad I bought it! It is a compact steriliser and is definitely big enough to sterilise both big and small bottles (I’m not quite sure why people are complaining that big bottles don’t fit). As this steriliser is compact but is also quite tall so would fit all bottles. Unless you use an abnormally large bottle to feed. In which case, please measure your bottle and compare to measurement of this product before leaving a negative review because your bottle doesn’t fit. Usability and functionality of this product is amazing and doesn’t deserve the negative reviews!I bought this to use in the hospital for when my baby was born .. was able to sterilise two advent 60ml bottles and dummies too. It was so handy as all I had to do was fill it up with cold water, use 1/4 tablet of Milton sterilising tablet and pop in the bottles, wait 15 mins and that’s about it – I had two clean and sterile bottles ready to go. The best thing was that you can keep putting things in and out (for 24 hours) which meant that for the duration of my hospital stay after birth of baby, I only had to change the water once (which is handy for right after you give birth and you have stitches and can hardly walk!).Even after the hospital, I was able to use the steriliser at home as newborns don’t feed much for the first couple of days so I didn’t require many bottles, just the two advent bottles did the job. And so it was useful to have a small steriliser to set up for the first couple of days, rather than the bigger 5 litre size one (which would have been a waste of water and tablets just to sterilise two bottles).Overall, I am so happy I bought this steriliser and am looking forward to using it lots more.

    Using this with a gastrostomy
My child has a gastrostomy so I have to carry syringes as well as bottles and teats to be able to feed them. The reason I purchased this travel steriliser was so I could try and limit the amount of sealed and sterile items that I have to take with me on a day out. With this travel steriliser I can now take everything I need with me, without having to take sealed syringes. The steriliser can fit a 60ml syringe, a bottle, teat and a 10ml syringe for flushing very easily. The bottle I use is a 130ml bottle, but you could easily fit 2 of these in the steriliser. It has certainly made going out for the day a lot easier as I can clean the items once I’ve used them and re-sterilise them ready for the next feed, rather than taking 3 or 4 lots of each item. The only thing that would be of benefit would be a carry handle. So far it has not leaked at all, however I do put it into a bag that is wipe clean just in case. I would definitely recommend this to anyone whose child has an ng/nj tube or a gastrostomy and you are looking for something to reduce the amount of things to carry with you!UPDATE: I’ve been using this for a while now and can report it does leak!! I have to put it in a plastic bag and keep it upright which isn’t very easy to do. I still use it everyday, but be prepared for leakage!

    Great item
Very handy to use on the go or out and about. I keep it under the pram and am able to use this when out for a period of time which requires more than once use of bottles. Makes it easier than bringing several bottles out!

  7. Laori

    Ideal
Perfect for what I need. I sterilise one bottle in it and it’s sterile for the day – so I keep the bottle in and take it in the car with me so if baby gets hungry while we’re out I have a sterile bottle ready safe inside this steriliser. Great for travelling.

So happy with how quickly I received this product.Excellent value for money and a fantastic idea to be able to steralize a bottle or dummies while on the go.

Great for travelling. Especially on a long haul flight and in hotel rooms overseas. I was very paranoid about not being able to sterilise my 5 month olds bottles when we were travelling. It is a Reasonable size to travel with and you do not need litres and litres of water to sterilise babies bottle/teats/dummies etc. Very practical and a great option should sterilising be necessary.
