Issue solved promptly
Delivered on time. Easy to assemble . As the past few days have been quite hot , it was 24 in my flat . Switched it on and after 25 MNS , room was 23 degres but actually felt cooler … Until after another 5 mins, it stopped working and the mention CL appeared. I contacted the seller who reply 2 days later and my issue was solved ( Leave finger pressed on the sleep mode to remove the CL mention ( Child Lock ) . Overall, a good product and customer service was quite prompt .

This thing must be out of gas or something, because the air barely comes out cold, and it can’t bring the temperature of a small room below 22º C at its coldest setting.The manufacturer kindly offered a refund beyond Amazon’s return window.

I’m somebody who agonises long and hard over big money purchases, and spent weeks researching AC units.I wanted a powerful enough unit that wasn’t overly noisy and at a decent price. This ticks all the boxes !It has a good build quality and is ready to use out of the box requiring very little assembly. It has castor wheels but it’s fairly heavy so a 2 person job if taking upstairs. The controls are very easy to pick up with a control panel on the unit, and a remote control with batteries included.There’s three speed settings and an exhaust hose of decent length. As someone sensitive to loud noises myself, I know how this can be an issue for many folks.However using a DB counter app while standing 2ft away, I measured the sound levels at 50.3 (Low), 53.4 (Med) and 55 (High). You could definitely hear the telly over this.Don’t look any further, delighted with this purchase.
