2 units, neither work
I had it replaced by them directly and then when I asked for help to get them to collect the first I was asked to use âlong ropeâ words actually fail me. Neither of the units make much difference in the rooms their used they cannot get below 24 degreesReally disappointed and will be throwing both away

Probably the best for the price.
I almost didnât buy it after reading about the noise, but Iâm glad I did.Itâs about as noisy as a freezer in Tesco and nearly as cold.It was 29°c yesterday and my un-insulated caravan was a comfortable 22°c.I would like a bit more information on the two drainage valves, unfortunately the manual donât explain best practices or even what the top drain is for ð¤·ââï¸I looked online and got no further but ai said it might work better if I donât empty it completelyâ¦The only slight issue is the musty smell that you get with most ac units. But for under £300 itâs top value!The two room split system was about £1000 plus specialist insulation so to get this and just plug it in was a bargain

Leaked all it’s gas out on first use
Arrived let it settle and then set it up. Upon first use it was vibrating awfully beyond usable the noise was horrendous which turned out to be the outer casing which if propped slightly helped a lot then after switching it off after 20mins use which cooled the room really well it then leaked all it’s gas out and no longer goes cold. Contacted customer service directly and not much help so would avoid this machine as that’s a major safety issue when I’m breathing in the gas etc
