Absorbs easily and moisturises well
An SPF30 face cream with a pump action bottle, its has an obvious scent, almost floral/soap smell to the cream which does fade back to a more subtle scent. It does rub in very easily and dries to a non greasy finish, and leaves skin moisturised. You can feel the skin is more moisturised once applied, so it works well as a combined face cream and sunscreen. The price is however high and I’m not sure this is any better than other SPF30 face creams I’ve used, which give a similar finish and sun protection.

Gorgeous SPF30 Face cream
I really like this face cream with spf 30. It is in a compact little pump that is easy to keep in a small bag or pocket. the pump is petite bit it does hold 30ml of product which is pretty standard. The pump is great as it is a bit more controllable in dispensing a small amount than a tube. A little goes a long way. The cream is an off white/ cream colour and spreads really easily, great fluidity it blends in seamlessly to skin, with no white residue just a very slight hint of shimmer that is only picked up under bright lights. It is scented which I donlt usually like but this cream smells great, not like a sun protection product at all, just luxurious, fresh and clean. It comes in the classic Lancaster orange livery. No chance of missing it in your bag. I really love how it absorbs into the skin, rather than just sitting on top. It has no sticky feel like many other SPF 30 creams I’ve tried. This makes it great to use under makeup. Especially in the mornings if you are pressed for time. The instructions say to use after moisturising but for me this cream doubles up as a moisturiser and sun protection layer. It is pricey at £24 for 30ml but Lancaster is a premium brnad and other day creams are in this price range (such as Clinique). I’d love to see a higher SPF of 40 or 50 added to this one to give really full on protection in very hot sun. Lovely stuff.I’ve used Lancaster suntan lotions for years as they are always top notch, smell fantastic and in my opinion are true to their spf claims.

I’ve had skin cancer on my face so now have to wear sun protection year-round to prevent further skin damage.I’ve tried many facial sun products but most tend to feel heavy, greasy or oily, particularly on my already-greasy skin while the cheapest products tend to attract flies which stick to my cheeks – lovely!This Lancaster Sun Beauty Invisible Face Fluid with SPF30 has impressed me. The pump mechanism works well dispensing the thin, runny lotion which then absorbs fully into my skin in about 20 seconds. Following application to my oily facial skin there was a very slight shine but absolutely no grease, stickiness or oiliness – I could run my finger along my face and then use a touchscreen without leaving a greasy smear. It feels good on my skin, is comfortable and much more like a light face cream rather than a sun protection product so for this reason I am impressed. The light fragrance is very pleasant too and is more like soap than usual sunscreen odour.SPF30 is said to provide 97% protection from UVB rays but there is no star-rating on the product to indicate the UVA level of protection other than a circle on the front indicating the face fluid provides some protection. I need 4-star (ultra) or 5-star (superior) protection and would happily use this throughout the sunnier months if it provided the level of protection I need.At £24/30ml, it is expensive. However, with facial sun products there don’t seem to be any ‘cheap’ products which feel anywhere near as pleasant or comfortable as this.

A classy face sun cream
This is a broad spectrum sun protection cream for the face and neck area. It comes in a small pump action bottle, 30ml for £24. It has quite a strong floral scent, and is non greasy, easily absorbed on the skin. For us the biggest attraction is that it claims NOT to sting your eyes unlike all other lotions we have tried. Will be testing this on a foreign holiday in June so will report back on the eye sting issue

Good to pop in your bag
A small, 30ml bottle of invisible face fluid. Seems expensive at first, but you only need to use a few drops, and we use it as a top up.Has been effective for us.

A bit greasy
This face sunscreen is a nice thin watery consistency, not white at all. It does leave my face a bit sticky and greasy feeling though and has a light sunscreen-y scent so I don’t think personally I will repurchase this.

Die Sonnencreme lässt sich gut auftragen und klebt nicht. Leider brennt sie im Laufe des Tages in den Augen, obwohl ich immer wieder darauf geachtet habe, dass ich nicht zu nah in der Augenpartie creme. Ich nutze daher mittlerweile das Produkt einer anderen Firma.

La crema protegge bene dal sole ma ha un profumo persistente tipo autoabbronzante che non mi piace e la consistenza alla fine è si asciutta ma per pelli miste risulta comunque grassa. Non la ricomprerei.
