Its Cool
I have a small 2m x 2m study/office that is jam packed with computers, routers, amplifers and monitors that all kick out heat, coupled with a south facing window the room would become unbearable in the summer heat waves. I bought this unit mainly because itâs the only one that would fit comfortably under my desk and allow me to route the exhaust pipe out the window.Really pleased with it kept my room cold during the heatwaves and despite being a low capacity model was enough to cool my office, hallway and even the living room with the clever use of some desk fans to redirect the air.Noisy as they all are but tolerable and it quickly became background noise. Great unit, not 3 speed
Unit is really good at cooling down a room quickly. Has 2 speeds and I found the lowest one was sufficient. Stops cooling when a desired temp is reached which was helpful. The noise didn’t bother me too much as it drowns out the traffic noise from outside with the window open.

Superb Quality
Wow what an amazing air conditioning unit this is. With the summers getting hotter this is just what is needed in any workplace or home. With the recycling of cool air it has the feeling of fitted aircon unit, circulating fresh air and making the whole environment more refreshing.It is a smark looking unit, which is easy to use and follow the instructions. The fact that it is also useable as a fan or dehumidifier, makes it great value, as if all were bought seperate, that would add up and take up lots of room.With its 24 hour timer, it easy to ensure it is only in use when required, meaning energy is saved. The unit also has a really good energy rating, which is great. It is also quiet and easy to move about within a room or to a different room.The item is a brilliant buy, which does the job to a high standard, for good value, whilst looking smart.

Quality product
Quality brand name and the product in my view reflects this with a quality machine. First thing you notice is it is heavy, however thankfully it has wheels in each corner allowing plenty of manoeuvrability, but worth noting if moving up and down any stairs. Primary use has been as an air conditioner, once the vents are attached and placed out of the window, I found it as simple as switching on and setting to the desired temperature. Note it says clearly in the instructions that the plug must be in a mains socket and not connected via an extension cable, so you get around 1.5m cable. It takes a little while for the condenser to full cut in, but once it does you note the cold air coming out. You can swivel up and down to try to move the air round.. it is very quite claimed at 65db. Using in a study which is around 4x4m and has been very effective. Overall been very successful.

Efficient, Compact and Quiet operation
The exhaust hose is quite stiff and definitely not long enough to reach the window opening. A couple of feet of longer hose would have made all the difference. This additional cost could be included into the sale price of the unit, and most importantly make many more customers happy!

Versatile
Compared to my old AC, this Honeywell Portable Air Conditioner & Dehumidifier has decent built quality. It’s slim and compact, saving space in my living room, and it’s a great machine to beat the heat and humidity in the living space. It’s very versatile, and its 3-in-1 functionality, which includes air conditioning, fan, and dehumidifying functions, makes it a great all-in-one solution for maintaining a comfortable indoor environment. The 24-hour timer is also a huge plus(which I didn’t have in my old one), allowing me to customize cooling and dehumidifying schedules to suit my needs. The coverage area is good, too, suitable for up to medium-sized rooms. While the unit’s weight can be a drawback, particularly when moving it to an upstairs room, its mobility is not compromised. Thanks to the wheel underneath, it can be effortlessly relocated from one room to another. This minor inconvenience is easily outweighed by its overall performance and functionality. The unit is relatively quiet, especially on the fan setting, and the cooling and dehumidifying functions work efficiently to maintain a pleasant indoor atmosphere. So for the price, I think this offers excellent value for money.

Water all over my laminate floor and now have to put a towel underneath for peace of mind will be contacting Honeywell, Noisy heavy expensive to run. Not happy
