Great Aircon unit
This was our first Air con unit but as the summer weather seems to be getting hotter and hotter every year and I struggle to sleep I thought I would invest in this. So glad I did. It is noisy but it does cool my room. Like others have said the adapter for window isn’t for open out type window but I knew this before I purchased it so brought the adapter for this type window to go with it. So far I’m pleased with it. We normally set it up and have it running a while before bed and can use the timer to shut off after a period of time as don’t need running all night as it gets quite cold. Really pleased I brought this as going to make the summer months alot more bearable. Also reasonably priced compared to other models. Definitely worth the investment .

The Vent system doesn’t suit UK Style Windows and therefore compromises house security.
Great product as an AIR COOLER, and works well. The only problem is the Air Vent Duct supplied doesn’t realy fit Uk type windows that cannot be securely locked in the open position , as used in the front of the house overlooking the Street (Down Stairs) its a Security Risk and ill be dammed if I’m putting the pipe in and out the window every 5 minutes? for the UK market they need to produce a Wall Vent like we use for tumble Dryers etc , with Anti Blow Back , for the Autumn and winter months when I disconnect the machine and use our central heating? I’ve put together a vent kit ( 125 mm Kair louvre vent grill , wall plate . 125mm Awenta back Draft Shutter . Homes are hooded cowl vent cover 9 x 9 . 350cm pvc 125mm vent pipe ” Tool Station” .150 to 125 Fan pipe reducer with internal thread for flexi pipe. A 125 to 125 female joiner. I reduced the pipe down to 125mm , as a 127mm core drill is the biggest my drill could ONLY JUST MANAGE ? . I also made a plug to block up pipe in winter and stop RESSINANCE . Please note the wall plate was changed for ply wood to cover old wall plaster and fit the double female connector with ” Grey Pink Grip” .

Brilliant for Baking Britain.
I managed to get this 9000BTU unit on Prime Day.It arrived 2 days later. It weighs as much as a small car, but thankfully it has roller skates built in.The manual is well presented, but easy to figure out without it. You’ll find the window kit screw and wing nut tucked away in the same bag.My flat faces south with sunlight all day. In this heat the two front rooms became uninhabitable despite drawing the curtains. This little robot of chill is a game changer. I’m able to think again. It can drop the temperature down to 16 degrees C but even on 22 the coolness is indisputable and an absolute joy. I only wish I’d got two.Yes the fan is loud, but the benefits outweigh this. If you tune out its possible to ignore this.Or just play another white noise over the top.Overall this bad boy has already changed my life. If anything changes I’ll post it here.

It looks great, but, it does not cool down a standard double bedroom
The air conditioner arrived well packaged with everything included as expected.Once set up and running, I was a little surprised at how little it seemed to be cooling the air. The air coming directly from the unit was only marginally cooler than room temp. I assume that this was due to it being new – perhaps a days to “Run it in” would make a difference.It really has not.I have had this on for around 4 hours straight and I have seen just over a 3 degree reduction in temp in the room. It has made a louder than usual amount of noise and there is water in dripping from the outlet hose, but, the room is only fractionally cooler than I would expect it to be.I will be requesting a refund

 I bought this 3 week ago in the uk ð¬ð§ as a heatwave was approaching. The Best Buy ever, sitting in bliss as itâs 40 degrees outside.Ok a little bit of Fiddling to make sure the vent was out the window but works amazing for the price.. Noise level yes a little loud but rather that than being to hot⦠Iâm a happy customer.
