I bought this for my 4yr old nephew and he LOVES it! The main goal was to get him something to shoot his squirt guns at, instead of everyone else, while playing in the pool and these are perfect. The guns it comes with are VERY easy to re-fill and can be done quickly. It is a lot of fun to try and literally sink each others battleships. If you are lucky enough to have a pool in your yard this is a great game to keep young kids entertained.

My son is 7 and loved this set. Comes with two boats and two squirt guns for shooting at the boats. He played over and over trying to sink them. And then also just used the little squirters over and over and OVER by themselves. They have far reaching squirting action, and very easy to use just fill and squirt by submerging them in water, no pumping action or reservoir to fill up. Loved it, great for the pool in the summer!!

These weren’t compatible with being in an active pool. With just slight motion in the pool they capsized. The “deck” clips in place and the “clips” broke on the first day. We made do, but had more fun with the water guns than with the overall game. Leave it to the grandkiddos for coming up with more creative ways to have fun with a broken toy!

I saw the bad reviews for this but I thought I would try it anyway. I am glad I did because this is so much fun. My sister (53) and I (51) laughed hysterically while sinking each others battle ships when we were floating in the pool. Sure it says for younger people but come on us older gals like to have fun too!
