Absolutely Lovely!
Arrived in two boxes a Saturday by Easter bank holiday Monday I decided it was time to get it out. Instructions tool a while to decipher but simple enough to understand. Poured out all the screws and washers got my drill and the rest is history! Took me 3.5hrs on my own no help and I’m so proud of my determination. It will be going outside in its place very soon…. overall great buy and not hard at all. Just some patience and voila!

Delivered in 2 heavy boxes so not easy to move by one person
Took me 3 hours to assemble, a good tip is to screw only part way on each stage before tightening fully. The furniture looks good and is fairly comfortable, and sturdy. I will add some velcro to hold the Glass top in place as the rubber suckers are not very good.

Looks nice, easy to put togehter, I bought this sofa on January for 249£ and for me this price is max for this size and quality.

Looks nice and is quite comfortable. Assembly wise dreadful. Poor quality screws and threads make this hard work and I’m a ex mechanic!

Absolute rubbish quality and service
I have tried to get a resolution from the supplier regarding bungs for bottom of the feet of the furniture which have continued to come adrift. This is a big problem because I have a slate patio and the legs are now scratching the slate tiles. I’ve requested replacement bungs (to go into the hollow tubing of the legs several times only to be told ‘we are looking in to supplying more’). They came in a bag, separately, from the main furniture items so were easy to push into place but are now adequate. Now, just 3 months after I raised the complaint about the feet, the bolts have started to come adrift and the furniture is no longer study. I’d never buy from this company again as I think the girl (Hayley) thinks that if she ignores my problem, that it will go away.

I would like to give it 5 ð but there were 6 screws missing. B&Q had the size but an extra £8.99 later.I’d still recommend it.

Lovely
There are some imperfections and i was a bit worried as to the colour after reading the reviews but the natural brown does look like that to me and itâs very nice for that price! Would recommend . The middle is a little uncomfortable to sit on because of the hard bit but overall nice set.

Sturdy and looks good
Good product , the instructions weren’t the greatest but it was easy enough to assemble on my own. My only issue is that holdes on the frame of the foot stool don’t match up properly so 1 side isn’t bolted in properly but it seems to support my weight well enough.
