Very good for the price
I was pleasantly surprised at how good this thing is, very compact, lightweight and quiet even on the highest of the three fan speeds. Just a couple of things, the USB cable that comes with it is quite short but I just used a longer one that I already had, also some water can gather underneath the unit, not a lot but worth putting a tray or similar underneath if possible. All round very good and a lot cheaper than an a/c unit.

Faulty Item
The product purchased (Nexfan) is faulty, in that, it allows water to escape from the bottom of the unit – we are most disappointed of being restricted by your refund rules i.e. to be returned by 24 September 2022!!.I advise having recently returned from abroad 28 October 2022 with the item.It was purchased for use in our caravan however the water problem became apparent after a few days ofduring our visit September / October. I shall be grateful in these circumstances the item is allowed to be returned and a refund applied.

Bit noisy
Does a great job at cleaning the air and helping my chest and the night light is handy but I find it a little noisy and can’t have it on all night even on the lowest level x

I was pleasantly surprised by this air cooler, its amazing, it kept myself and my dogs cool . Its quiet enough to sleep with it on which was brilliant as I can’t sleep with my fan on its too noisy, I am sensitive to noise and this has been a gift from the gods .I love the different colours you can have too.I’m getting another one for my living room .

Rubbish
It doesnât work. Advises it drops by 5 degrees Celsius after 20 mins. Left on for 2 hours and didnât change once. Tried both with water and icy water. Doesnât work. Returning for a full refund.

Awesome Value Air Cooler – Buy it!
A super little air cooler that is definitely on the mark for price and function. Cools out bedroom in minutes easily. Whilst sleeping I find the noise (no more than a regular fan) can be frustrating but I am a light sleeper and the fact that it keeps the room cool outweighs that! The neon lights are pretty but unnecessary and usually turned off – would definitely recommend this for price and value.

Don’t waste your money on this junk
Noisy, useless, in the bin. Don’t bother buying this, it’s pointless. Instead just half – 3/4 fill a bottle, shove it in freezer, then put it behind a useful fan that you already have and you’ll get a lot more cool air than this chunk of junk can produce.Even following every suggestion of wetting and freezing the filter and using water with ice in it still doesn’t really do any good. Save your money.
