Broke after 3 uses
The tap broke (just stopped working) after 3 uses. This item is not fit for purpose. I am unable to get hold to the seller through Amazon – says to go through manufacturers. Itâs such a shame as my kids loved playing with it. I was hoping to contact them to see if I could have a replacement tap as the whole unit is still in immaculate condition – just the tap doesnât work. Such a shame there isnât a clearer route to customer service and the only course I feel able to take is to leave this review.

Absolutely top customer service!
EDIT- the seller made contact and offered a free replacement which was sent extremely quickly and the new one does in fact work much better than the original – really impressed with them!Brought this thinking it would be perfect for my daughter and weâve gone to use it, put new batteries in and it doesnât work!! It was dried out and stored in a dry place so cannot see any reason why it wouldnât work! So annoyed as it wasnât exactly cheap for a one time toy!

Itâs a great toy
The trick is to put some silicone sealant around the battery compartment which is submerged in the water. If you do this the toy will work and look last for a long time. My son loves it.

Broke Far too Fast
My son loved it for a handful of days until it unexpectedly broke. I initially thought the battery was the issue but unfortunately despite replacing it with several different brands the sink isnât working. I sent a note to the seller but never heard back.

Wir haben die Spüle in ein Smoby Haus eingebaut und es ist ein richtiges Highlight für die Kids. Sie können das Wasser anstellen und ihr Geschirr selbst waschen⦠das mitgelieferte Geschirr ist aus billigeren Plastik und das mit den Farbwechsel ist auch nur leicht möglich, bei extrem heiÃen oder kalten Wasser⦠trotzdem würde ich diesen Artikel immer wieder kaufen â¦

Ich rate von dem Kauf ab. 2 x in Benutzung und die Wasserzufuhr funktioniert nicht mehr. Von dem Kundenservice gibt es keine Reaktion. Absolut miserabel

Motor war leider nach 3x Spielen kaputt!Sehr schade.Verkäufer konnte leider auch nicht, wegen eventueller Reparatur oder Erwerb von Ersatzteilen, kontaktiert werden.
