Polyrattan is a very stable, evenly wound plastic fibre that was specially developed for garden furniture. It is weatherproof, UV-lightfast, dirt-repellent and easy to clean.
With a volume of approx. 800 litres, the robust storage box offers enough space for garden accessories of all kinds.
The lid is reinforced by multi-wall sheets made of polycarbonate and can be easily opened and closed thanks to the automatic lifting mechanism with 2 gas pressure springs. In addition, the surrounding drip edge allows rainwater to drip off, which prevents water from going into the garden box. The inner lining made of polyester is waterproof and is attached to the inside of the garden chest with Velcro. The inner lining can also be opened and closed with a zip.

It’s massive
Easy to put together. Amazed at the size looks nice not cheap. The internal zip up cover is extremely water proof. Definitely worth the money

Feels solid enough and loads of space.
The box is big enough to accommodate all the cushions for my corner garden sofa set and claims to be watertight though time will tell on that. It does let water into the box but so far the internal bag has held up to the weather for last month. The box wasn’t hard to put together but did take a bit of time and some parts weren’t quite lined up right as is often the case with these things. The box feels solid and if the cushions remain dry I expect it will last well.

Really great garden storage box. Relatively easy to put together (need 2 people for some of it) but it goes together well and looks great. Want to order more but they are out of stock!!!

Instructions are very vague
A robust product when eventually assembled. Instructions were not great and incorrect labelling of left and right sides meant that after painstakingly turning the Allen key a quarter of a turn then having to do it again every quarter turn meant it took ages to screw together. I recommend a screwdriver with an attachment as the key is too big to complete full turns of the screw. Needless to say I couldnât fit the hydraulic on the lid as the sides didnât match. Iâll take it a part and redo at some point. Other than that a heavy, sturdy box and great size. Iâd like to add that the bag inside is waterproof so far, however, it does pool water like a tent so you need to empty it before accessing cushions etc

Not weatherproof.
Not a one person assembly with any ease.Only the top is weatherproof and then because itâs in 2 parts has a gap in the centre.Have now had to buy a waterproof cover for the box. Waste of time.

Not waterproof as described
Apart from the size being perfect and looking great in our garden it’s not fit for purpose, especially with the UK weather. Rainwater sits on top of the bag and gets in the bag inside, at least without the bag it would pour out the bottom. We’ve decided to keep it and adapt it making the lid waterproof. I really wouldn’t want anyone sitting on it as the description ð³, it’s not that sturdy

The unit is a nice size but it wasnt that simple to put together and we are still not sure about the weather proofing as after a few weeks we have found 1 cushion to be quite wet, but lets see
