Hot
This has been a god send for the old lass( my mother) sheâs not in the best of health and to have a remote control to cool her with one press of a button is perfect. When youâre as hot as she is ( I mean get as hot as she does ) itâs perfect. No getting up to switch fan on / off⦠then back on ⦠then offâ¦. You get the idea ð

Good
Before buying my main concern was loudness. And even though it has âquietâ mode and also 3 speeds to choose from, it sometimes kicks in high and loud gear even when cooling is set on âquietâ or lowest speed. But⦠I cant really say itâs unbearable. We have mainly bought it to cool bedroom down for our 8m/o daughter, she seems to be ok with the noise, as we are too. On a hot and stuffy afternoon you just don’t really mind it, a bit like white noise. Also had to buy longer hose (2m), as this one would not fit our needs (provided hose is ~1.5m), and had to 3d print suitable fitting for hose as provided one is only suitable for typical windows that lift up. Overall i give this device 4.5 stars. Would be five if remote controller buttons would be visible at night, now can only see screen but not buttons. And also those random high gear high speed moments..

Crap
Cannot believe I spent so much money on this piece of crap. Followed all the instructions and recommendations in the manual and yet, barely touches the very small room I have it in, with windows and door shut etc! Unless you are sitting by it, it is useless! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME…

Works great
Video shows how my setup look and how laud it is.I’m using from amazon Air Conditioner Window Kit with Zipper. It hold hose pretty good and works well without any problems.About laud for myself I got day nap for one hour and I could fell to sleep easly. So laud for myself is relative concept.Dehumidifier works great up to 50l a day can make room with hose out of window pretty cold.I’m using it every hot day 1h before sleep. It takes temp from 27C to 19C.Wife is very happy because of it. Then cold stay in room till morning with slow temp raising. It is easy to use, even without using instruction.Remote control works but I would prefer Wi-Fi app control so when I’m in other place I could turn it on in one click.Water tank is not removable, so need to use hose to take it out, or use hose all the time like I’m doing it.50l a day when it would be full it could be pretty heavy that why they didn’t make it removable.Machine is pretty big and heavy 30kg not easy for one person to walk with it on stairs other then that wheels are under.Air Conditioner works brilliant I select my desire temp. and leave it on auto. The rest is done by itself. It is not cheap to run with current energy price. I got old tariff and it takes £0.27 per hour that’s not so painful. But if it runs constant every day for x hours would make it expensive to run. When it breaks it will be bit hard to put it back and send, except that can’t find anything to complain about it.Price is good and I recommended it to my family. If You thinking about getting one and use it for more then few hours a day I’m recommending to get Cool 4000 it has A+ ratting so will take bit less of energy.

high-quality portable AC
The air conditioning unit/device does exactly what it is supposed to do. It has many different settings but the one I found most beneficial was the cooling and drying setting. I have used it in my kitchen during the summer and find that it helps dry clothes but also makes the room more comfortable to sit in.Although it is pretty large. I would recommend.

Effective at cooling. A little noisy
There are some pros and cons with this Bosch Cool 2000 Portable AC unit. It has 3 modes, Air Con/Fan/Dehumidifier and they all work well. We have this in the hall upstairs and it cools the whole of the top floor of a 3 bed house. There are various other modes you can use as well, like Silent Mode, Sleep Mode and Auto Mode. It has a nice feature where the Dehumidifier and Air Con evaporate any accumulated water so you don’t need to empty it (but you do need to have the trunk vented to outside). It also has dust filters on the air intakes. The not so good things are that it’s a bit noisy but I guess that’s to be expected. It’s quite heavy although it does have wheels so pushing it around is easy but getting it up the stairs is not so easy, even with the handles on the sides. The main issue we had was the trunking which is quite stiff and wide and has a maximum length of just 1.5 metres. Since the outlet is in the middle of the back of the unit, the trunk doesn’t reach very far and won’t reach a top window (see pictures) for instance. However, if you search Amazon you will see that you can buy more flexible and longer trunks which is what we plan to do. Note that the unit does come with a window vent fitting but it only works with vertical or horizontal sliding windows, which includes sash windows, it doesn’t work with casement windows, i.e. windows that open in or out.Overall and despite a few niggles, this unit is a good solution for having air con in your house without needing a professional installation. The unit is very good quality and it works very well at cooling or dehumidifying your house.
