Great torch but doesn’t last long
I have just bought my third one of these head torches. I have it primarily for the red light for using my telescope. It’s a good, comfortable head torch but maybe I use it too much. It’s very economical. Maybe I need to invest in a more expensive one after buying my third one of this type! It’s getting a bit like Corporal Knobb’s boots!!

Haven’t been using this long but so far so good. The white and red lights are both strong enough to be useful when outdoors. My only qualm is hat I purchased this for fieldwork and needed the red light for wildlife. As I only need the light turned on at certain times I have to click twice through both white lights being turned on before the red light comes on. Not the greatest for wildlife if in that respect but it really depends what you’re using the light for. Otherwise no complaints.

I constantly use these due to my job (why I needed the two pack). I loved these! The work great, pretty bright and great price! My only complaint is that one of the lights, the metal battery “holder” did not hold the battery in place, therefore never worked. Noticed it too late to return it, but otherwise pleased with the product

The brightness is great. Probably the brightest headlamp I ownout of about a half dozen I use for night fishing. The reason it gets 3 stars rather than 5 is because of an issue it has. If you let it sit overnight, or for hours not even being touched, then go to turn it on say 10-15hrs later, it won’t come on 50% of the time. You have to take the batteries out and reinsert them to get it to come on. Never seen anything like that happen on any light before. Some poor quality control right there is the only thing I can think of as to why. If it weren’t for that then it would be a great light. But I have to carry a back up light now because of the issue with this one.
