 Never had a aircon in home before, but very happy with this, online video very helpful, on first hot ish day, went from, 28.8 to 23.5 in about 10 mins on high fan, still going down. yes a bit noisy, but worth it for the relief from heat.Have happy cool doggo too xRecommended x

Bought as a replacement for an old unit which was on its way out. After unpacking i noticed how small it was compared to my old unit, but size obviously does not matter here as the unit works a lot better than expected. Keeps my bedroom cool and is also a lot quieter. So so far so good, we will see how it copes in more hotter temps.

It keeps the room cool
Wanted one of these units to help during the odd warm periods we have in the UK. So far it does exactly what we wanted it to do, it made the room temperature more comfortable and reduced the humidity. I would prefer a better venting solution for these type of units, they generally come with fitting for sash type windows when most of our windows are side or bottom opening but apart from that I am quite happy with the unit. Haven’t used it in sleep mode so can’t really comment on that.

Poor cooling facility
Trusting the description, I went ahead and bought this around 6 weeks ago.Wanted it fixed as a permanent unit..So bored hole through our home wall, fitted really snug and easy! It’s not an ugly unit, but I bought it for its functionality, particularly cooling!Used it and the lowest temperature achieved is plus 20 degrees! Nowhere near thec16 as the lowest setting.Contacted via manufacturer help email! Mo response whatsoever!My concern now, should it fail within the 2 year warranty period, how would they resolve when they don’t even answer a question? I forsee the outcome as a return to Amazon for a full credit, problem is of course a 6″ bore hole in my home!I want a unit that does as described. Anyone recommend one please ??

Excellent product
Affordable air conditioner.In anticipation of a summer like last year I purchased this unit.It works fine and takes the bedroom down to a frosty 16 degrees.Does have a continual hum but not excessively so. We have no issues sleeping.Sadly the weather has been awful so we have not had to test it in extreme temperatures yet.
