the back had a big chip of plastic missing, scratches along the back, which i can deal with but i go to pull the hooky arm things and it comes flying off, bear in mind i barley pulled on it, obviously sent me an already broken mirror, otherwise good viewing angles can see the back of my head with it. would recommend but if it comes damaged just return it. unable to put the holding thing back on byw
