Surprisingly great shorts
I bought these shorts last-minute before holiday and was really pleasantly surprised by the look and feel of them. They do stretch out a little as the day goes on (particularly if you’re sitting down a lot), but they are really comfortable and look cute.

Maybe order a few sizes, but lovely quality shorts
I really like these shorts but the sizing is confusing. Based off the size chart (and believing Iâm a about a UK 10-12) I ordered the XL first. When they arrived they were a UK size 18! I then reordered in a different colour (the medium wash was nice but changed to the darker blue ones) in a size M. They arrived and the label says â8â- though Iâm not sure if this is UK or US sizing. Anyway, they fit really nicely and there is a bit of stretch in the material.

These shorts are surprisingly nice. My only complaint is the size chart is hard to understand. I ordered a small and according to the chart that is a UK 10-12. The tag on the shorts says itâs a size 4. Somehow these fit.

I bought a 16 size as a regular UK 16 size in pants and these had a 14 label on them and I knew straight away these would be tight , they actually fit across my thighs but wouldn’t close. Good material though. Had to return in try before you buy because size was off and wrong. I didn’t order these in another size but maybe in future I will try to get a bigger size.

Large is a size 12
Ordered a large, sizing chart claims large is 14-16, the shorts that arrived were labelled size 12 and were too small (I am usually a 14 so it is definitely not just an American sizing). When I went to my order email to submit a return, I noticed the description of the product said ‘size 12’ (and clicking on the link takes me to a size large on the product page so I definitely ordered a large). I will never understand why the product selection options can’t just reflect what you are actually buying if that information is available and ends up on the invoice, and why it is so different to the sizing chart. This is unnecessarily confusing in an already treacherous minefield of inconsistency in women’s clothing sizes. And with the product description clearly stating ‘runs large, size down’, just irritating.

Bought these when they were on a sale and I can kick myself for not buying more. Theyâre very comfortable and they stretch pretty well. I did toss them into the wash when they came in and they held up well.
