Great A/C unit but poor inset handles make it hard to lift if going upstairs
Good value high performance A/C unit lots of useful extras , great price and cools quickly in the bedroom. Easy to move on the flat but really poor design inset handles made it difficult taking it up any stairs .

Fan motor failed after 6 Hours
The unit operated as expected, and had the advertised parts in the package etc.We had a medium sized livingroom/kitchen combo which is within the upper end of the envelope of the 10’000BTU power rating but the unit struggled to cool the room from 28 to around 26/25 over the course of 4 hours. If you are looking to cool a combined space, or an upper mid-sized room, I would recommend a more powerful unit.After 6 hours however, the unit failed to turn back on. The compresser kicked in and unit indicated it was on and operated, but the fan motor had failed and the unit no longer moved air. 1 day of troubleshooting later and we were forced to return it as it no longer worked.If you can stretch, I would avoid these cheap and cheerful units. The power is fine for a bedroom or mid-sized living room, but a larger unit will cool much faster and more efficiently, and you may save power overall as you can run it for shorter periods.We replaced with a 12’000BTU Black&Decker unit and the difference was night and day.

Excellent air conditioner unit ,been using for a few weeks works with smart life app which is great ,reasonably noisey on high mode but I like this as backround noise whilst sleeping.Not a great distance from remote and wish app was made same as remote for ease of use but overall 100% recommended

Great little air con
The air conditioner itself is relatively quiet (in non sleep mode) but very efficient in cooling the room and of maintaining the selected temperature. Fan only mode is good but haven’t tried dehumidifier mode yet as already have an efficient one.I’m impressed with this unit though. Would deffo go with it. The window kit is great, and the remote is great for in the bed!On heigh power setting it kicks out cooled air surprisingly well and will cool a good size room no problem.

I love it! It has made a tremendous difference in the quality of air in my home. The unit is easy to install and use and it cools the air quickly and efficiently. It comes with a remote control so I can control the temperature easily from anywhere in the room. I also like that it is compact and doesnât take up too much space, making it ideal for smaller rooms or apartments. It has also saved me a lot of money on my energy bills over the past few months.
