Very good, better than others I have had to try recently…
Easy to use, plug in the compressor to an outlet in your car, connect the sealant bottle to the compressor, connect the sealant bottle to the tyre valve, start the engine and let it do its job.This managed to seal a puncture we had last week which the chap from the tyre centre said was the worst puncture he’d ever seen (a hammer head stuck in the tyre, went through so deep it even bent the alloy wheel). Gave us enough time to get the car up to the centre.It can also just be used to blow some extra air into a tyre if that is all you need.Either way, decent value for your money and can be used again and again although you will need additional bottles of the sealant.

Seems well made, sturdy and compact
I bought this because the spare tyre lowering mechanism on my Chrysler Voyager has seized up (due to rust I think). It was a lot cheaper than getting the mechanism repaired, and the wheel is quite corroded anyway. The unit arrived promptly and I am very happy with the quality. Often things have a ‘cheap’ feel to them these days, but this feels solid and well made. It is more compact than I expected from the picture. It all comes in a sturdy looking, padded fabric carry case about the size of a largish handbag. The air hose and 12V lead fit neatly inside the compressor unit, and I was pleased to see it comes with a long power lead (about 3 m), so I can easily reach the back tyre (I had thought I might need an extension lead). The wires are quite thick too (not cheap and thin). I have not needed a repair yet, but I tried out the compressor. It added 2 psi to my tire in about 10-15 seconds with no difficulty and the screw fitting attached to the valve well, only releasing a small amount of air during attachment/detachment and not leaking at all while attached. The gauge is reasonably accurate, showing 36 psi when it was probably 38 (according to a high quality gauge I have), and even while pumping the gauge only goes about 1 psi over the actual reading. I like the fact that the sealant can pass through the valve (some products require valve removal). The sealant has a four year expiry date and I assume I can buy replacement fluid. I am glad I paid a bit more for this rather than a pressurized can that might blow up on a hot day in the boot, with the added bonus of having the compressor to use separately. At the price it seems like good value to me. I will update this review if I ever use the repair function.

Difficult to rate without using it
The kit looks great, however, to create a review is difficult without using it. Let’s hope I dot have to. My last one was in the car for over 4 years (Skoda supplied)., and now out of date.

I hope I don’t need to use it
It looks like it’s going to be fine and it comes in a nice case with clear instructions. The only problem is it doesn’t fit into the space in my car.I thought this was the specific one for my car but it isn’t. Make sure you check the model.

All you need in an emergency
Absolutely brilliant kit- accidentally left my dealer kit at an air pump at a garage when helping a friend prepare for a long journey with kids- obviously it was gone when I realised and the next day my tyre sensor flagged – I initially bought an inflator from Argos and it was awful – the readings were inconsistent and pump didnât really do what it needed. We were headed on our own long trip and I needed something I could feel confident in – Read all reviews and chose this – it does not disappoint- it feels better quality than my dealer one did and reads consistently- Fantastic bit of kit!

Das Reparaturset wurde sehr schnell geliefert und macht einen wertigen Eindruck. Die Funktion kann ich natürlich erst bewerten, wenn mal ein Reifen einen Defekt hat.
