  1. Mac

    Good quality
Very satisfied with this product. Although it’s quite expensive, I think it’s worth the money as it is effective in cooling down the room. And it’s easy to move from room to room. Slight down side is the noise level but it is endurable given the cooler temperature

  2. Alastair P.

Awesomely effective even in a big room
Does what is says. Not very noisy. Easy to move around. Easy to install and operate. Great that you don’t need to drain when cooling. I’d highly recommend this. Well worth the money.

  3. Django

Does the job in the blistering heat, on the condition that…
the room is a medium to large London sized living room. Noisier than I expected it to be but I wanted the power and it certainly cools like it says it would. No wifi option, which would have been a HUGE bonus. But it has timer and sleep functions so you can set them daily if you had to.Water draining while operating in cooling mode, was simply not required. It DOES collect some water but doesn’t need draining until maybe at the end of the month or two! Hose supplied for draining when necessary. I drained it after three days of heavy use and realised it was simply too early to drain it as maybe less than 100ml was extracted. The main detracting points are that it is not really very quiet and it is hella expensive.

We are very happy !! AEG is good quality!!
We are very happy with this air conditioner. We rent an apartment, and it is not profitable for us to install a stationary air conditioner, so we chose this AEG brand And we are very satisfied. Everything suits us.

  5. PV

    Unreliable, Poor quality and support
Bought this last.. used for 5-6 days last year and 4 days this year and the A/C is already broken down with an E4 error and now we are without the A/C when it is needed the most. It is still inder warranty so tried to book repair via AEG/Electrolux. AEG support is worst, you can never reach them on phone, booked repair online. The company they use is Respond Services is worst. They booked a slot, and no one turned up. Called them to be told that engineer cannot fix A/C so has to be rebooked. The next available appointment is now after 10 days.. complete shambles. Never going to buy anything from AEG ever again

  6. DB

    Love it!
At first I didn’t think i can justify spending all this money for AC I would use one month in an year. Bought ours in 2020 after my husband insisted. In 2021 we bought one for our parents and never regretted it.Sadly it’s price seems to be going £100 up every year since we bought it which makes it hard to recommend but if I need to buy another one, I’ll definitely pay the price

  7. Chris

Very heavy you could get it upstairs if you were strong enough
It’s a cooler, very heavy blows some very cold air, you have a big pipe that comes out the back, which is short so , you definitely need some kind of window adapter

  8. Josh N

    Good air conditioner
Really good air conditioner. Quiet enough so you can watch TV with it going. Can cool a fairly big sized room.
