3M Protective Coverall 4530
3M Protective Coverall 4530 has a specialist material treatment which offers fabric flame spread resistance to allow the garment to be worn over an Index 2/3 FR garment, enhancing the chemical splash and hazardous dust protection and extending the life cycle through reduced laundering.
Use 3M Protective Coverall 4530 for protection against dirt, splashes and toxic dusts. It meets a variety of standards for chemical protective clothing including EN 1149 Antistatic protection, EN 1073-2 Nuclear particulate resistance, EN ISO 13688, Type 6 Liquid Splash EN 13034 and Type 5 Dust EN ISO 13982-1. You can identify it easily with the white triangle in the blue suit which is made of the same 54gsm SMMS as the rest.
Protection
The 3M protective coverall 4530 material has a specialist treatment which offers flame spread resistance complying with ISO 14116 Index 1 (not components). Allowing the disposable coverall to be used with an FR Index 2/3 garment to offer improved certain chemical splash and hazardous dust performance and extend the life of the reusable garment by minimising the need to launder.
Material
Highly breathable, soft yet robust and strong weighing in at 54gsm. It’s made with SMMS, which is a layer of spunbond on the inner and outer and 2 layers of meltblown material in the middle. The Spunbond acts as the smooth strength and splash protection, while the Meltblown layers provide an intricate multilayered web of microfibres that filter out dry particulates.
Productivity
Soft and breathable, the non-woven material allows for easier release of body heat and moisture, giving extended comfort wear for increased productivity in the workplace. Consider the RET rating for the classification of breathability.
Coverage
Value design with a 3 panel hood working well with other PPE, soft knitted cuffs for secure comfortable arm placement, triangular gusset panel and a 2-way zip, waist and ankles ensure easy removal, better fit and peace of mind.

Good wear resistance
For a disposable overall, I have found this to have excellent wear resistance. I have been opening up an inglenook fireplace, crawling up inside the smoke gather, cutting stone, laying concrete and crawling around in the loft. Still no holes! With the hood up and zipped up, it makes a good seal around the head and face, so with a mask and goggles very little skin is exposed.

What can I say? The quality is spot on, just what you expect from a 3M product. At £11 at time of purchase, I feel its worth every penny. If you are doing a dusty job or maybe painting this would be perfect!

Great, used twice to install loft insulation and still got more life in it. Stretchy cuffs and ankles are durable. Great value.

Gute Qualität, schützt vor Staub und die groÃen Belüftung. Machen das Tragen angenehm. Man sollte nur nicht an hervor stehenden Gegenständen hängen bleiben. Risse reiÃen nicht weiter und lassen sich gut abkleben.

Il prodotto è come nella descrizione arrivato puntuale ha soddisfatto in pieno il mio utilizzo sono insegnante di scuola dell’infanzia e per avere una maggiore protezione dato il periodo che stiamo vivendo cercavo proprio una tuta colorata e idrorepellente ho già effettuato 2 lavaggi utilizzando il napisan l’unica cosa che ho tolto è stata la centrifuga ottimo risultato. Anche se sono una taglia S ho acquistato la M pensando ad un vestiario invernale
